Please place order at least 2 days before intended delivery date.
We will confirm your order via email or phone message. If you do not hear from us, please contact us at +65 9666 0453.
In the event your requested flowers are not available due to market and/or environment conditions, Blume Link reserves the right to replace them with flowers of similar value.
Due to manpower crunch, Blume Link regrets delivery has to be outsourced.
There is a delivery charge of between SGD20 to SGD35, depending on size of arrangement and location. We will inform you on the charges upon receipt of information from the courier company.
Please provide complete address and recipient's contact number.
The same delivery charge will apply for re-delivery.
Blume Link only works with tried and trusted courier company to ensure flowers reach your recipients in the condition they leave our stores.
Blume Link's flowers are delivered fresh to the store everyday and bouquets are made upon order. For self collection whereby you have confirmed quality and condition of flowers, no refunds will be made later in the day. This is because we cannot be accountable for the condition you have subjected the flowers to until your delivery to the recipient.
